It’s official. Sometime in the midst of the hurricane, Random House and Penguin merged. (See note below.) I doubt this will become their logo, but how great/terrifying is it?
How long before we start to see classics reworked to include random penguins in them?
"Oh, Beth. Wherever did you get that penguin? Papa’s not going to like it," Meg warned.
"I was going to go with Mr. Darcy, but this fellow is just as well dressed and has more personality," Lizzy said, dreamily.
He stared intently at the green light on the opposite shore until suddenly, his reverie was interrupted by the noise of a fish flopping around on the dock. It was all Dapper could think of to comfort him.
